Welcome to Harris County WCID 119
Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 119 (the "District") is a MUD created in 1968 by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The District contains approximately 905 acres of land and is located in Harris County.
The District has constructed and operates water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents. Harris County Water Control Improvement District No. 119, through the dedication of its Directors and Consultants, is committed to providing the highest quality of water service at the most economical costs to its customers and taxpayers.
